It's not bad that they punished people, it's bad that they said nothing for three months, continue to say nothing, and were the initial cause of the whole problem. Not to mention all the hypocrisy

Played 260 hours of actual play time without getting a hat. i idled for a week. I never got a hat through idling. Then Valve gave everyone who doesn't play tf2 a hat. So much for rewarding play time.
